Screens washed $5 each ($3 brushed)
Storm windows $5 each, regular or Pella
One flat rate per tier for standard homes up to two stories. A double-hung window counts as one window. Accessible parking is required; extra charges apply if it is not available.
Also on the price list, confirmed on site: skylights $15 a side, scraping $3 a side, French-style panes $3 a side, window wells $15 a window, oversize glass over 4'x6' $10 to $20 extra, wood or screwed-on storms $5 to $10, picture-window storms $20 to $50.
Gutters
Split-level homes count as two stories. Debris is bagged and hauled away free on every job.
House wash
For homes up to 2,500 sq ft. A whole-house wash includes garage door and gutter power washing.

Window washing starts at $100 for outside-only cleaning of 1 to 15 windows, or $140 inside and outside, on standard homes up to two stories. A home with 26 to 35 windows is $200 inside and outside or $140 outside only. Storm windows, screens, skylights and hard water removal are priced separately. Price your windows.
How much does gutter cleaning cost?
Gutter cleaning starts at $120 for a one-story home under 2,000 sq ft. A two-story home of 2,001 to 3,000 sq ft is $170. All debris is bagged and hauled away free, and before-and-after photos come with your receipt.
How much does it cost to power wash a house?
For homes up to 2,500 sq ft, house washing starts at $120 for one side of a one-story home. All four sides run $300 for one story, $450 for two and $580 for three, and a whole-house wash includes the garage door and gutter power washing.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
At least twice a year: once in spring and once in late fall. Homes surrounded by trees or hit by frequent storms may need more.
How often should I clean my windows?
At least twice a year. Homes with heavy dust or pollen may benefit from more frequent cleaning.
Do I need to be home for window cleaning?
Not for exterior-only cleaning, as long as the crew has access and screens or obstacles are out of the way. For interior cleaning, someone needs to be there to let the crew in.
What happens if it rains after my windows are cleaned?
Light rain will not affect freshly cleaned windows. If a heavy downpour leaves visible spots within 48 hours of your service, we come back and touch them up free of charge.
